Delete in the app
Open the account deletion option in the mobile app and accept the warning on the confirmation screen to start the countdown.
Request deletion on the web
Use the button below to email [email protected]. Use “Last Colony Account Deletion Request” as the subject and include the email address registered to the account and your username. Do not send your password or unnecessary identity documents.
To protect your account, we may require the request to be sent from the registered email address or ask you to verify account ownership.
Three-day waiting period and cancellation
A three-day countdown begins when the deletion request is confirmed. Your account remains usable during this period. If you change your mind, use the cancel deletion request option in the mobile app before the countdown expires.
Cancelling the request stops the countdown and the account continues to operate normally.
Data that will be deleted
When the three-day period expires without cancellation, we permanently delete:
- Your account, email address, username, and player identifier.
- Nation, season, gameplay progress, inventory, and account-linked game records.
- Chat messages, notification subscription links, and other information linked to the account.
When the countdown expires
When the three-day countdown ends, all Bearer tokens issued for the account are blocked and active sessions stop working. The account and all information linked to it are deleted, and the action cannot be reversed.
Signing in later with Google or Apple does not reactivate the deleted account, restore gameplay progress, or recover previous data.
