1. Provider and acceptance
Last Colony is provided by Mehmet Oğuz Arıkan. Address: Şehit Cevdet Özdemir Mahallesi, İğde Sokak No: 13, Çankaya, Ankara, Türkiye. Contact: [email protected]. By creating an account, using the game, or accessing the website, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Mandatory terms of the platform from which you download the app, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play, may also apply. These Terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
2. Age and eligibility
Last Colony is for people aged 13 and over. If a higher minimum age for digital services applies where you live, you must comply with that age. If you are not legally an adult, you must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before using the game.
When creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally eligible to use the service.
3. Account security
You are responsible for the security of your account and sign-in information and for activity through your account. You may not sell or transfer your account or use another person’s account without permission. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Unless expressly permitted, a user may not create multiple accounts to obtain an unfair advantage or avoid enforcement action.
4. Game, seasons, and virtual content
Last Colony is an online strategy game featuring nation management, resource production, research, settlement planning, military strategy, player messaging, and seasonal competition on a shared world map.
Maps, rankings, borders, progress, and other game elements may reset or change when seasons begin or end. Resources, points, nations, structures, and other virtual elements have no real-world monetary value, create no property interest, and may not be traded outside the game.
5. Advertising and payments
The game may display advertisements through Google AdMob. Ad content and targeting may vary according to age, region, permission choices, and applicable rules. If you follow a third-party advertisement, that third party’s terms apply.
Last Colony currently offers no in-app purchases, paid subscriptions, or in-game items sold for real money. If this changes, prices, payment and refund terms will be presented before use and these Terms will be updated.
6. Messaging and user content
Player messages are stored on our servers. You are responsible for content you send. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence limited to transmitting, storing, securing, reviewing, and moderating your content as needed to operate the service and handle complaints.
Harassment, threats, hate speech, bullying, obscenity, child exploitation, unauthorised sharing of personal information, spam, fraud, unlawful activity, intellectual-property infringement, and content that endangers others are prohibited. Report such conduct with the relevant username and necessary context to [email protected].
We may review relevant messages following a complaint, security incident, or legal requirement; remove content; and temporarily or permanently restrict accounts. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information in a report.
7. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Use cheats, bots, automation, unauthorised clients, exploits, or methods that interfere with normal gameplay.
- Attempt unauthorised access to servers, accounts, or data; disrupt the service; reverse engineer it; or distribute malicious code.
- Impersonate, deceive, threaten, or harass others, or collect and share their personal information without permission.
- Sell, transfer, or exchange accounts, in-game resources, or progress for money or other value.
- Violate Turkish law, mandatory law where you live, store policies, or third-party rights.
8. Intellectual property
The Last Colony name, software, artwork, designs, text, game systems, audio, and other content belong to their respective rights holders. You receive only a personal, non-commercial, revocable, and non-transferable licence to use the service. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit it without express written permission.
9. Restriction or termination
If you breach these Terms, create a security risk, cheat, use the service unlawfully, or harm other players, we may proportionately remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate your account. You can contact support to request review of a decision.
10. Availability and changes
The game is under development. Features, balance, season rules, device requirements, and the scope of the service may change. Maintenance, security work, technical faults, or events outside our control may interrupt access.
We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access, but we will use reasonable care in operating the service and announcing material changes through appropriate channels.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available. We are not responsible for losses caused by connectivity problems, device incompatibility, third-party services, or a user’s breach of these Terms where those matters are outside our control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury, mandatory consumer rights, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Deleting your account
You can delete your account through the account deletion option in the mobile app or through the web account deletion page. A three-day countdown begins after the request; you may continue using the account and cancel the request during that period. If the countdown expires without cancellation, all account-linked information and gameplay progress are deleted, all Bearer tokens are invalidated, and the action cannot be reversed. Signing in with Google or Apple does not reactivate the deleted account.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, courts and enforcement offices in Ankara have jurisdiction. Consumers in Türkiye may apply to competent consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts where applicable. If you live elsewhere, non-waivable local consumer protections remain available to you.
